Caprynto S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71867842-3, with registered office at Av. del Libertador 6550, C1428 CABA, Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website.
2. Data we collect
We may collect the following personal data: first name, surname, email address, as well as browsing and device data (IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited) collected through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purpose of processing
We process your data to: (i) send you communications about real estate crowdlending opportunities; (ii) respond to enquiries; (iii) improve the site and our services; (iv) comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your express consent when completing the subscription form, as well as the legitimate interest of Caprynto in managing the relationship with potential users and providing the service.
5. Data retention
We retain your personal data while you remain a subscriber or user and, once that relationship ends, for the periods required by the applicable Argentine regulations.
6. Recipients
We do not transfer your data to third parties, except where necessary for the provision of the service (for example, email or analytics providers) or where there is a legal obligation. These providers act as data processors.
7. Rights of the data subject
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection under Law 25.326 by writing to privacidad@caprynto.com. The AAIP is the supervisory authority with competence in this area.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
9. Changes to the policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will publish any changes on this same page, indicating the date of the last update.
